We manage the process through plan-checking, address objections, coordinate site inspections, and track the application until the Commencement Certificate is in hand.

2–4 weeksThe final phase includes punch list preparation and clearance, as-built drawings, utility connections, and formal handover documentation. We also assist with the Completion Certificate / Occupation Certificate application — closing the regulatory loop completely.
